If you’ve listened to the Big Butt Morning Show on Dakota Country 96.1, you might have caught me talking about the joys of adopting from local rescues.

One of my top picks to spotlight on Whisker Wednesday is Animal Rescue and Retirement Ranch (ARRR) in Williston, a 501-c3 Non Profit. These people are doing amazing work, and I Iove to share their adoptable cats with you.

Pounce is a young adult, neutered, and up to date on his vaccinations.

Pounce is an affectionate kitty who loves to snuggle up once he gets to know you.  If you’re looking for a lap kitty to keep you company, Pounce is your guy. When it comes to relaxation, he loves lounging around and doesn’t mind being carried while getting some pets.

Pounce gets along with dogs and most cats, but values his personal space when things get a bit overwhelming. Mrs. ARRR at the rescue thinks he'd make a fantastic addition to a family with older children.

If you have room in your home and in your heart, meet Pounce and see if he’s the perfect addition to your family.

LOOK: 35 Vintage Cereals That Perfectly Captured Pop Culture Moments

Movies and TV shows have always found ways to partner with cereal companies as part of their promotion strategy. While some may have come up with a giveaway in boxes, others went big by having their own cereal connected to the movie or TV show title. Here are vintage cereals that were used to promote some of pop culture's biggest moments (and some you probably forgot about).
