Free St. Patrick’s Day Bash at MonDak Heritage Center in Sidney Montana
The MonDak Heritage Center in Sidney is throwing a St. Patrick’s Day bash on Saturday, March 16, and you and your whole crew are invited—for free!
Starting at 1:00 pm, they're kicking off with a walk-in ceramics workshop. You get to pick from a bunch of cool ceramics, including some spring-themed pieces. And each one is just 15 bucks, but it's first-come, first-served, so don't snooze on this chance to craft some ceramic magic while grooving to Irish tunes.
Then at 2:00 pm, the multi-talented Stephen Glueckert takes the stage for a FREE performance of Irish music. But it's not just any performance—he'll be telling the story of the legendary Irish immigrant, Thomas Francis Meagher. Stephen's also got an art exhibit going on, showcasing his expressive oil pastel drawings telling Meagher’s adventurous tale.
And there's more! Stephen will explain his exhibit in an artist talk while belting out Irish tunes and sharing songs related to Meagher's life. Plus, there’ll be snacks and soup to keep you fueled up as you soak in the music and art vibes.
Doors open at 1:00 pm/mountain time, and remember, it’s all free, family-friendly, and open to everyone! Swing by the MonDak Heritage Center, open Tuesday through Friday from 10 to 4, and Saturdays from 1 to 4. Admission? You guessed it—totally free. Got questions? Hit 'em up at (406) 433-3500 or drop a line to mdhc@richland.org. Check out more info online at www.mondakheritagecenter.org. See you there!
