Hey there, radio family! It was a beautiful weekend that was packed with a whole lot of fun.

On Friday after the Big Butt Morning Show I headed over to the Raymond Family Community Center for a Live Action Broadcast at the 13th Annual WABA Home & Garden Show. I really enjoyed looking at the entries in Fairy Garden competition. Very cute and creative. Here's a pic of my favorite.

Suzie Q's Ice Cream Truck was set up in the Kids Zone at the Home and Garden Show, so I couldn't resist grabbing my first ice cream of the season.

Saturday, I had a tattoo appointment with Sam at Blaqtaffy Tattoo. It was a touch up session on an spiderweb elbow tattoo he had done for me in November. Just the center heart needed a touch-up. Sam is based out of Grand Forks, but he does guest spots at Williston's Pretty in Ink a few times a year.

Following that, I stopped by Faith United Methodist Church for their annual quilt sale and rummage sale. There were so many amazing quilts!. As I was leaving, I saw that they had caramel rolls for purchase so I brought home two and enjoyed one on Sunday with an iced coffee.

On Saturday I also went back to the WABA Home and Garden Show to check out the Sassy Lady vendors and get a picture with Miss North Dakota Sofia Richards. She was there with the Spring Lake Park Nature Center's Dirt Detectives teaching kids about the different layers of soil and making delicious dirt cups.
