People in One State Eat Supper Earlier than Anywhere Else
I may not be 65, but I really enjoy an early bird dinner (round here we call the evening meal supper). I will happily eat supper at 4:30pm. Eating earlier gives my body a chance to burn off the calories. I feel better and sleep better. And I'm sure it also has something to do with getting up early to host a morning show.
I wake up at 5:00am and usually have coffee for breakfast. Some days I make a protein smoothie at 11:00am. I try to eat a snack at 1:00pm and have dinner between 4:30 and 5:30p. I ALWAYS have dessert round 6:00pm. And I've had a personal rule for many years to never eat after 7:00pm. (Unless I'm on vacation, then all rules go out the window! Right?)
I prefer an earlier time. We are all on different schedules though. I know dinner time varies around the world (Europeans eat later), and I was curious if dinner time was different within the United States, and if so, by how much. Who eats the earliest? Who eats the latest?
