It was a busy weekend in Northwest North Dakota.

On Friday, my time was split between selling tickets for the Coyote Basketball games versus Fargo Shanley and joining the festive atmosphere of the Holiday Stroll downtown.

Despite the cold and gusty weather, the streets were alive with people. Amidst some shopping, I savored s'mores by the fire pits, listened to the live tunes performed by Jim & Cheryl Lingenfelter, and even seized the chance for a snapshot with Santa, thanks to Jessica Delvo from Creative Dove.

Later that evening, I made my way to the James Memorial Art Center for the artist reception showcasing the semester 1 students of WHS. The Williston High School Student Art Show is in Gallery II, Charles Beck’s “Artist + Muse" Show is in Gallery I. You can view both exhibitions during gallery hours until December 29th. Monday-Thursday 9-3 Friday noon-5 and Sunday 1-5.

Saturday’s basketball games unfortunately got canceled, prompting a shift in plans. I opted for a gym session, popped into the radio station for a stint, and then visited Christina at Pretty in Ink for some tattoo artistry. She enhanced the shading of a spiderweb tattoo on my knee and adorned my face with delightful rainbow freckles.

Sunday began with a trip to the gym, a stop at work to check on our resident cat CC, and then relaxing on my couch, catching up on Bravo reality shows saved on my DVR.

Thanks for taking time to look at my photos!
