Maybe you think it's the Theodore Roosevelt State Park. After all, it is beautiful, and right next to all the fun entertainment in Medora.

Maybe you think it's the Icelandic State Park. It is historical and celebrates the Icelandic culture.

Well, the source says those are not to be crowned the best park in the state. That honor goes to Fort Ransom. You can find this park in the Sheyenne River Valley, along the Sheyenne River. According to the source, it is an 887-acre park that it heavily wooded and packed with 14 hiking trails.
