I'm not sure if it's a good thing or a bad thing to be considered the "Most expensive" neighborhood, but in any case, here's what we found.
A company called Cash Net USA, looked at data from Zillow to find the most expensive towns and neighborhoods in each state; they added the house prices and then divided them by the number of properties.
This made it to where they could put a value on each neighborhood.

Mirror mirror on the wall... Manalapan, Florida is the most expensive of them all.
Homes in that neighborhood average $39,761,000. Holy cow!

The source found the most expensive neighborhood in North Dakota is none other than Horace.
Where the heck is that? -- It's in Cass County. This Fargo neighborhood was named after the "Father of American Education." Horace Mann was credited for unifying the American school system.
At a glance, this neighborhood looks like any other, but the average price of a home there is approximately $400,581.
