
Williston Invites Proposals For Development On Five City-Owned Lots
Offering chances for both light industry and commercial developments, the City of Williston is requesting ideas for the development of five city-owned lands.
Four of the accessible lots are on the Monroe Subdivision, east side of Highway 2, across from Williston Square, with the fifth lot right in central Williston.
Lot Availability:
Monique Lots 13 and 14, Block 1 are zoned for M1 Light Industrial, fit for light industrial or commercial construction.
Lot 17 & 18R, Block 1: Lot 17 is classified as M1 Light Industrial; Lot 18R is zoned C2 General Commercial, with an eye toward commercial use.
Lot 20, Block 16—Currently under rezoning to Downtown Commercial, meant for commercial construction.
The city has said that lot changes may be done to fit appropriate projects, and rezoning would be accounted for if needed to match the preferred uses.

Proposals must be turned in by 3:00 p.m. CT Friday, March 28, 2025, as a complete document set comprising seven physical copies. Entrants must mail or hand-deliver their submissions to the City of Williston.
