Runnings Rolls Into Williston North Dakota with a Grand Opening Bash!
There’s a new neighbor in town—and they’ve brought power tools, pet supplies, and live chicks with them. Yes, live chicks! Earlier today, I had the chance to hang out with Jason (the fearless store manager), along with Steve and Danielle, during a live radio remote on Dakota Country 96.1 from 10 a.m. to noon. And let me tell you—it was a good time.
Ribbon Cutting, Giveaways, and That New-Lawnmower Smell
The celebration kicked off bright and early with a ribbon cutting at 9:00 a.m. sharp. From there, things got even better. Shoppers were treated to giveaways, gift cards, and the chance to win some pretty sweet in-store prizes. You could feel the excitement in the air—either that or the aroma of brand-new lawn equipment. Probably both.
Power Tools, Garden Gear, and Yes—Live Chicks!
We chatted about all the amazing things Runnings has to offer: a wall of power tools that would make any DIYer drool, a lawn and garden section that’s practically begging for spring, and a pet department so big it could double as a small zoo. (Again, live chicks, folks!)
Big Welcome, Big Buzz, and Brantley Gilbert Tickets!
It was a blast being on-site, talking with customers, and helping welcome this fantastic new store to the Williston community. Jason and his team have put together something special, and judging by the buzz during the grand opening, Williston agrees. We even did a give-away for a pair of tickets to Brantley Gilbert in New Town, and the winner was Travis Nelson of Williston.
