This summer, attending the North Dakota State Fair just got a whole lot easier with the introduction of ticket kiosks across the state. Recently, while grocery shopping at Albertsons, I stumbled upon one of these convenient kiosks and discovered a hassle-free way to secure tickets to the fair's top events.

Operated by the North Dakota State Fair, these kiosks offer a wide range of tickets, including grandstand country show passes, individual concerts, the thrilling MHA Indian Horse Relay, and the ever-popular demolition derby. Additionally, attendees can purchase gate passes, carnival ride passes, and even beer tickets, all without the inconvenience of long lines or online processing fees. If you missed all the concerts for this year's fair, click here for the latest.

One of the key advantages highlighted by fair leaders is the potential reduction of ticket scams, as well as decreased labor for the NDSF crew. According to Char Ratliff, the Marketing Director for the North Dakota State Fair, "Watch out for scammers. Get your ticket in hand, and just enjoy the convenience." With no processing or credit card fees, patrons can simply print their tickets on the spot, ensuring a seamless experience.

Furthermore, by providing an email address, attendees receive a scannable barcode link for added convenience and security. These kiosks are strategically located at various Marketplace Foods locations, Dakota Square Mall in Minot, as well as select Albertsons and Walmart stores. The ticket kiosk in Williston is located at Albertson's. It's just to the right of the customer service desk.

As the fair approaches, additional kiosks will be installed at each gate and the grandstand, ensuring easy access for all attendees. Say goodbye to long queues and hello to stress-free ticket purchasing with the North Dakota State Fair's innovative kiosk system. This is certainly a great addition to the North Dakota State Fair. Well done!
