Williston’s Favorite Saturday Tradition Is Back in Downtown
Saturday mornings in downtown Williston are about to get a whole lot more fun.
The Williston Downtowners Association is kicking off another season of the Main Street Market this Saturday, inviting the community to browse, shop, and enjoy everything that makes local markets so special. The weekly market will be open from 9 a.m. to noon, offering visitors a chance to support local vendors while discovering a variety of unique products.

Homegrown, Homemade, and Handmade Treasures
If you've been craving fresh-from-the-garden produce, homemade treats, or one-of-a-kind handcrafted items, this is the place to be.
You'll find tables filled with homegrown, homemade, and handmade goods, including delicious pies, flavorful pickles, locally grown produce, handcrafted gifts, and much more. Whether you're shopping for ingredients for dinner, searching for a thoughtful gift, or simply looking for an enjoyable way to spend your Saturday morning, there's something for everyone.
One of the best parts about the Main Street Market is that it changes throughout the season. As gardens continue to grow and local makers create new products, shoppers can expect fresh surprises nearly every week. Early season vegetables will eventually give way to a wider selection of fruits and vegetables, while crafters often introduce new creations as the summer rolls along.
That means no two visits are exactly alike.

Every Purchase Supports the Community
Beyond the shopping, the market is also a chance to catch up with neighbors, meet local growers and artisans, and enjoy the welcoming atmosphere that downtown Williston is known for. There's something satisfying about buying directly from the people who planted the vegetables, baked the pies, canned the pickles, or carefully crafted each handmade item.
Even if you don't have a shopping list, it's worth stopping by just to see what's available. You might leave with a loaf of homemade bread, a jar of pickles, a fresh bouquet, or perhaps the pie you definitely didn't plan on buying, but somehow couldn't resist.
The Main Street Market is also a great reminder that shopping locally helps support small businesses, local families, and the community as a whole.
