Because of the early rain that we had and the consistently high temperatures, all of us can hear lawnmowers running in the neighborhoods where we live. We are aware of the homeowners that make an effort to maintain their property and those who do not.  During the course of my normal drive to and from work, I pass a number of properties where the lawn is a complete and utter mess. So I ask the question...how tall does the grass need to get before it's dealt with? Petty as it sounds, someone needs to ask.

Tall Grass

Keeping the grass cut short in North Dakota offers a number of benefits, including increased water efficiency as well as improved weed and pest management. Homeowners have the ability to save water, encourage deeper root growth, and lessen the need for chemical interventions when they cut the grass shorter. In addition, having grass that is cut shorter acts as a natural deterrent to bugs, which makes spending time outside more enjoyable. Residents of Williston who commit to taking care of their lawns will be able to take pleasure in a landscape that is not only more robust but also more pleasing to the eye.
